Johnny is the Founder, Executive Director, and Hair Director of XinYu Hair Salon, with more than 20 years of professional experience in the New York hair industry.
Throughout his career, Johnny has served clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, including the Chinese community and clients of many different ethnicities. His expertise includes precision haircuts, coloring, perming, hair straightening, smoothing treatments, and customized hair care.
With extensive experience, refined technical skills, and a warm and friendly approach, Johnny is committed to creating hairstyles that complement each client’s face shape, hair texture, personal style, and lifestyle.

Ken has been a professional hairstylist since 1998, bringing decades of experience and technical expertise to his work. A graduate of the Sassoon Academy, he specializes in precision haircutting and advanced cutting techniques. Ken has also worked as a professional hair educator in China and has contributed to New York Fashion Week since 2014, bringing both industry experience and an artistic eye to every client.
